Our Facility

The facility is designed and maintained by experts. The arena is 72'x 216' with sand & rubber footing, an irrigation system to protect footing & prevent dust, with plenty of light & mirrors. The barn has 18 12'x12' stalls each with a 12'x20' turnout for light, air, health & happiness. Two grooming areas with overhead heat double as a farrier stall & washroom. Heated tack room with kitchenette, bath, tack cubicles and hospitality provides comfort for resting, working, socializing. The farm is 74 acres with pasture, round pen, corrals, and trails. Whether for riding, driving, trail, or competition, come join our "family" and let us help you enjoy your horses more. All ages and breeds welcome.

Our Trainer

Trainer/coach/instructor Karen Stephens has been training and competing horses for 42 years - Saddle Seat as a youth, Trail Riding, Horse-Camping, and Hunter-Jumper as a young adult, and studying, competing, and teaching Dressage Intro through FEI levels currently. She enjoys assisting new owners in basic handling and horse safety as much as tweaking a horse for Prix St. Georges competition. The principles are: mutual respect, clear communication, fostering the lightness and ease of the relationship. She works as a translator between horse and human facilitating understanding, athletic development, balance, and beauty of both horse and rider.
