The barn (new construction, metal over wood with natural lighting) has 18 12'x12' stalls (heavy oak plank) each with a 12'x20' turnout for light, air, health & happiness. The stalls are grills to the aisle and grills between stalls with a sliding door to the inner aisle and a sliding door to the outside run. Each stall has a Nelson automatic heated waterer that is fed from our spring and a corner Fortiflex feeder for grain. Hay is fed on the stall floor. Grass hay or grass/alfalfa mixed hay is available on site. Initial bedding provided is straw and is the preferred bedding here. Shavings available only by special request. The stall may be left open to the run, closed to the run, or open with a stall chain keeping the horse in or out. Fencing in run is 4-strand poly-braided rope, top strand hot. There is a secure tie ring in each stall. Ample lighting brightens the aisle, entry, and parking areas. Parking lot is larger than 70' x 140' allowing for a turn through without backing up circuit. It is gravel over a very solid base (not weather dependent).
If you provide feed left on the stall door, we will feed for you at no extra fee. We feed 3 times per day. Water and warm water is available.
Outside round pen and dry-lot corrals available for turnout.
Fee is $20. per stall per day/night.
